I bring 34 years of HR experience alongside burnout-informed coaching, so we don’t just talk we work through the reality of your role.

How we work together

Support is focused on what YOU need and want.


Block of 6 hours 


Initial session (90 minutes)
We get underneath what’s really driving the pressure and identify where to focus


Ongoing coaching sessions (60 minutes)
Regular, structured sessions to work through live challenges and build sustainable ways of leading


Optional strategic HR input
Where people issues require more than reflection, we bring in practical solutions

About me

I’ve worked with leaders across the Third Sector for over 30 years.


I understand the tension between mission, limited resources, and responsibility because I’ve been inside it.


Alongside my HR background, I’m a qualified Executive Coach and Burnout-Informed Coach.


I’ve also experienced burnout personally, which shapes how I support leaders now.


This work is practical, honest, and focused on helping you lead without it costing you more than it should.
