Leadership can be rewarding, meaningful and fulfilling.
It can also be exhausting.
Many leaders and managers find themselves carrying increasing responsibility, supporting colleagues through uncertainty, managing competing priorities and dealing with constant pressure, often with little time to think about their own wellbeing.
Coaching provides a confidential space to step back, reflect, think clearly and focus on what matters most.
Whether you are experiencing early signs of burnout, feeling overwhelmed by competing demands, navigating a challenging situation or simply looking for support as a leader, coaching can help you gain perspective, identify practical solutions and create a more sustainable way of working.
I work with managers, leaders and CEOs who want to:
While much of my experience is within the Third Sector, I work with leaders from a wide range of backgrounds and organisations
Every coaching conversation is led by the client's priorities and goals.
Common themes include:
There is no fixed agenda.
The focus is on what's most important to you.
My coaching combines:
As an ILM Level 7 qualified Executive Coach and Mentor, I create a supportive, challenging and reflective space where clients can explore issues openly, increase self-awareness and develop practical actions that lead to meaningful change.
I am particularly passionate about helping leaders recognise the signs of pressure early and build sustainable approaches to leadership that support both performance and wellbeing.

This approach provides the time and space needed for meaningful exploration while ensuring coaching remains focused and outcome-driven.
Choosing the right coach is important.
A no obligation chemistry conversation allows us to explore:

For most of my career, I thought success meant working harder, achieving more and proving myself.
I built a successful career in HR, progressed into senior leadership roles and found purpose in helping people and organisations navigate change. I loved making a difference and being someone others could rely on.
What I didn't recognise at the time was the cost.
Over many years I experienced anxiety, panic attacks, emotional exhaustion, poor sleep and ongoing health issues.
I thought I needed to cope better, work harder or find the right role. Looking back, I can see my mind and body were warning me that something needed to change.
In 2020, at the height of my second burnout, I was diagnosed with breast cancer.
I often say that cancer didn't cause me to rethink my life.
It prevented a third burnout!
My recovery led me to explore the patterns, beliefs and behaviours that had brought me to that point. I invested heavily in my own development, worked with coaches and deepened my understanding of burnout, emotions, resilience and leadership.
Today, I combine that lived experience with more than 34 years of leadership and HR experience to help leaders and managers navigate pressure, recover from burnout and develop more sustainable ways of leading and living.
Because success should never come at the cost of your health, relationships or sense of self.
Why this matters to my clients
Today, I combine more than 34 years of leadership and HR experience with Executive Coaching, Burnout-Informed Coaching and Emotions Coaching to help leaders and managers navigate pressure, recover from burnout and create more sustainable ways of leading, working and living.
Many of my clients are successful, capable people who care deeply about their work and the people they support.
They're often the person everyone else relies on.
They are carrying more than anyone realises.
And sometimes they have lost sight of themselves in the process.
I know that person well.
I used to be her.
That's why I create a coaching space where leaders can pause, think, reflect and reconnect with what matters most to them.
Not because I have all the answers.
But because I've walked my own path through pressure, burnout, recovery and change.
And I know that it is possible to achieve success, make a difference and lead effectively without sacrificing yourself in the process.
Because success should never come at the cost of your health, your relationships or your sense of self.
